Bernd Bernegger wrote his master's thesis at the Insitute Vienna Circle (supervisor: Univ.-Prof. Dr. Friedrich Stadler). On Thursday, 23 September 2021, he received the Rupert-Riedl prize for his work which was awarded by the Club of Vienna. The award ceremony took place at the Diplomatische Akademie Wien – Vienna School of International Studies.
